Globus Popus es una membrana, un paisaje, una infraestructura, un dispositivo, un lleno y un vacio, una sorpresa, una excusa, un lugar, una actividad. Globus Popus es un organismo vivo; una instantánea, una experiencia en el tiempo. Globus Popus es una comunidad.
El proyecto de Globus Popus es la interacción entre lugares y actividades. El globo que un día dejo de volar, toma la tierra, ocupa un lugar, junta a la gente. Finalmente deja un rastro en la mente, el rastro de la vivencia de un evento.
¿Por qué Globus Popus es también una comunidad? Porque es un aglutinador. Conecta lugares y proyectos, impulsa actividades, involucra a la gente.
Una jornada micológica, un baile, una instalación, ¿y si lo hinchamos en la terraza del Círculo? un cine de barrio, un cabaret, una asamblea, Globus Popus se va a la playa, una conferencia, un taller, un concierto, en mi pueblo les va a encantar, un tablao flamenco, una reunión…
Globus Popus se mueve tan rápido como un coche, se alimenta con aire y crece de forma variable aunque su mayor característica es su adaptación al medio. Es flexible pero sobre todo muta con mucha facilidad y rapidez, dependiendo de la actividad que vaya a alojar dentro.

A LEGO stop-motion duel
youtube LEGO stop-motion animator namchild, of london, england, has released another block-built short movie. the stop-motion film ‘the duel’ depicts a lone ninja LEGO up against an army of equally tough cube-constructed characters lead by one mysterious LEGO leader. the little figurine makes use of miniature ninja stars and samurai swords in order to defeat his opponents, ultimately bringing him to the point in which he battles with the leader of the pack in a gruesome moment of one-on-one combat.
